<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus which can use energy rationally. <P>SOLUTION: The X-ray CT apparatus processes various kinds of excess energy generated during operation, and has a plurality of power supplies, a plurality of power supply destinations, and a control means. The plurality of power supplies convert various kinds of energy into electric power and supply the electric power. The plurality of power supply destinations include a capacitor and receive electric power from the plurality of power supplies.
