<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an oil supply to an oil-supply target in each discharge port, in an oil supply device. <P>SOLUTION: The oil supply device discharges oil radially outward from the inside of a rotary shaft 1A, and supplies the oil to the oil-supply target located in a discharge direction. The device forms: an axis oil path 5 allowing the oil to flow into the inside of the rotary shaft 1A toward an axial direction of the rotary shaft 1A from an oil inlet 5a on one end face of the rotary shaft 1A; a groove which extending on a wall surface of the axis oil path 5 from an oil inlet 5a side toward an oil outlet 5b side; and radially oil paths 11 and 12 discharging the oil radially outward the rotary shaft 1A via the groove.
