The invention relates to a device for testing pneumatic circuits and for measuring the leakage rate of reference lines in an aircraft, said device being connected to a plenum chamber and including: a multi-pressure module (20) including a plurality of sensors, each of which is connected to a reference pressure line; first solenoid valves (EV1...EV15) which are arranged on the intake paths of said multi-pressure module (20), and which are connected to the reference pressure lines (21) via first couplings (24); second solenoid valves (EVP1...EVP15) which are arranged on the reference pressure lines (21); a pressure-adjustment module which is connected to all of the first solenoid valves via a second coupling (25); an electronic board (26) which controls the solenoid valves and the calibration of the multi-pressure module (20); and a check member. The invention also relates to a method implementing said device.
