<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage measurement device capable of simply measuring voltages of two systems in a single-phase three-wire system, and to provide a power monitoring system using this voltage measurement device. <P>SOLUTION: The voltage measurement device 410 for measuring AC voltages of two systems in the single-phase three-wire system includes: a current detector 40a which detects a current flowing through a trunk line of one of two systems; a current detector 40b which detects the current flowing through the trunk line of the other system; an AC voltage detection circuit 440 which detects the voltage of a branch trunk line of one system; and an AC voltage calculation circuit 450 which obtains the voltage of the branch trunk line of the other system based on the voltage detected by this AC voltage detection circuit 440, the current detected by the current detector 40a, and the current detected by the current detector 40b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
