<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of keeping an effect as a shield, even if a plug type connector on a counterpart side is provided with a flat insulation plate equipped with a connecting portion in which a plurality of upper terminals and lower terminals which are thin and long conducive contacting pieces are aligned in parallel and back-to-back on a plane surface. <P>SOLUTION: A connector comprises a connector member and a case. The connector member is equipped with an inside shield cover including a locking portion provided at a rear end comprising a press working fracture cross section. The case forms a resin spring which is arranged inside a cylindrical shape and extends backward, and a fixing claw which is arranged at a free end of the resin spring and increases thickness on the inside from a rear side toward a front side. The connector member is inserted in the case from the rear side, and the resin spring is elastically expanded outward to move the connector member to a predetermined position, and then returned, thereby locking the fixing claw to the locking portion of the inside shield cover. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
