Provided are: a protective sheet for a solar cell module, which is capable of ensuring sufficient bonding strength between a base film and a fluororesin layer for a long period of time; and a solar cell module which uses the protective sheet for a solar cell module. The protective sheet for a solar cell module comprises: a base film; a thermally bondable resin layer that is directly bonded to at least one surface of the base film and formed of a thermally bondable resin having a functional group; and a fluororesin layer that is directly bonded to the thermally bondable resin layer and formed of a fluororesin having a functional group which is capable of forming a chemical bond by reacting with the functional group of the thermally bondable resin. |
