<p>This method for evaluating a solar cell is a method for evaluating the photoelectric conversion efficiency of a prescribed region of a section element in a solar cell in which a photoelectric converter is formed by layering a first electrode layer, semiconductor layer, and second electrode layer on a substrate and in which a second wire and a third wire extend parallel to a first wire in the proximity of the first wire. The method comprises: a step for detecting a prescribed first wire and the second wire and third wire in the proximity thereof by image recognition; a step for determining the polarity of a prescribed section element by identifying the order in which the various wires are arranged in a first direction on a flat surface of a substrate; a step for isolating the prescribed region being evaluated; a step for irradiating with light; and a step for measuring current-voltage characteristics.</p> |
