The invention provides a permanent magnetic type rotational electric device capable of preventing short circuit of a magnetic field flux generated by a permanent magnetic when ensuring mechanical strength and capable of high torque and high efficiency. At a stator (2) provided with an armature winding disposed in the internal of a cylindrical iron core and a rotor (6) freely rotatably kept in the internal of the stator, the rotor is made to be in a permanent magnetic type rotational electric device of a magnetic embedding rotor in a part of a rotor iron core (5) formed by embedding of the plurality of permanent magnets (7) into laminated circular disc electromagnetic steel plates at equal intervals, the rotor iron core is formed by lamination of at least a first electromagnetic steel plate (51A) and a second electromagnetic steel plate (51B), the first electromagnetic steel plate is provided with a magnet insertion hole (11) used for insertion of a permanent magnet and a hole (12) for preventing a flux screen of the flux short circuit formed respectively at two ends of the magnet insertion hole, the second electromagnetic steel plate is provided with a q shaft hole near a q shaft except the magnet insertion hole and the holes for a flux screen.
