<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an issuance method and a display method of an IC card with a display function having a non-contact IC chip and a display control chip embedded therein, which can reduce manufacturing and management cost by using the display control chip which can be shared by all IC card applications, and to provide the IC card with the display function. <P>SOLUTION: An IC card 1 with a display function is manufactured by mounting a non-contact IC chip 2 which holds storage position data 24b representing a storage position of value information 24a in advance, a display control chip 4 which is shared by various IC card applications, and a display part (a driver 5 and a display 6) on a substrate. In a subsequent issuance process, the display control chip 4 reads the storage position data 24b from the non-contact IC chip 2, and writes the read storage position data 24b in a memory region of the display control chip 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
