<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin porous sheet which hardly causes a crack when bent, and is high in bend resistance, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The epoxy resin porous sheet has communicative hollow holes, and contains an epoxy resin whose epoxy equivalents are not larger than 300 and an epoxy resin whose epoxy equivalents are not smaller than 400 as raw material components.
