In the present invention, while a specific CPU saves status information, another CPU continues processing and thereby nonstop operation is realized. CPU (#0) detects the execution of a process (210) by means of a detection unit (301). After detection, the CPU (#0) generates by means of a generating unit (302) a monitoring thread (211) that stores status information (215) indicative of the execution status of a process (210) and the execution status of a thread (212) which becomes a respective thread to be monitored within the process (210). Hereby, while the CPU (#0) is saving the status information (215), a CPU (#1) can execute a process (220) that does not have a dependency relationship on the process (210), and non-stop operation is realized.
