The invention consist in a system that uses the energy of a reciprocating flow which may actuate an electric generator, where the invention is intended to generate electric power by means of sea waves. The system for collecting the energy from the swaying of the waves includes an action turbine (fig. 1) which is actuated after a wave has rolled, and during the impact and setback of the wave, consequently the spin direction of the roller axis (1) is bidirectional. The bidirectional spin of the axle (1) driven by the waves is transmitted to gear trains (fig. 3) forming part of a spin rectification mechanism, which, independently from the direction of the input spin, the system uses the torque for transmitting the same to an output axle (13) which is rotated in a single direction. The characteristic of spin in a single direction is required for actuating an electric generator and producing electricity of variable frequency and voltage. Finally, the invention includes a structure (fig. 7) for housing, protecting and allowing the waves flow to correctly pass by the action turbine.
