PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and cost for manufacturing a static eliminator brush and preventing conductive wires (conductive wefts) from coming off. SOLUTION: A plurality of non-conductive warps 12 are arranged on right and left sides opposite to each other with a space, and conductive wefts 13 are alternatively woven into the conductive warps 12 on the right and left sides. The central parts of wefts 13 are cut in the diameter direction after conductive or non-conductive two-sided adhesive tape 14 is stuck to one sides of the warps 12, so that the static eliminator brush 10 is manufactured in substantially three steps.
