Ž<P>SOLUTION: A mental health management device has: a rule reference part referring to rule data; a disease development check processing part executing disease development check processing for finding a diseased employee who is highly likely to develop the mental disease; an output part outputting employee information of the diseased employee found in the disease development check processing; and a rule update part periodically or irregularly at least either deletes, modifies, and creates a rule.
