<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining apparatus capable of reducing exchange of an optical component. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus is equipped with a holding part which rotatably holds at least one of the plurality of optical means that change a travelling direction of a laser beam emitted from a laser oscillator and which arrange the optical means at a position where the incident position of the laser beam is shifted from the revolving axis of the above rotation. As a result, when the laser beam incident part of an optical component is damaged, its undamaged part can be immediately used by rotating the optical component without requiring re-setting or the like of the optical component. Thus, compared with a conventional apparatus, the frequency and working time of exchanging an optical component can be lessened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
