FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for identifying PirB/LILRB antagonist involves the contact of an examined agent and a receptor complex which contains PirB/LILRB and myeline or myeline-associated protein or its fragment, and detecting an ability of the examined agent to inhibit a reaction of PirB/LILRB and myeline-associated protein or its fragment. Said method enables decreased inhibition and stimulation of axon growth in a CNS neuron.
