PURPOSE: A heat radiation device for an LED is provided to remove heat by inducing an air flow between pins through vibration. CONSTITUTION: A heat radiation unit(2) is comprised of a base(22) and a plurality of pins(24) which are formed on the lower side of the base. A carbon nano tube is coated on the outer side of the heat radiation unit. A PCB(4) is received on the upper side of the heat radiation unit. A vibration unit(6) is mounted on the PCB or heat radiation unit. The vibration unit is combined with a connection unit mounted on the base or PCB.
