The device (1) has a base (3) connected with a spout (7). The base includes an interlocking unit provided with a maintaining unit (8) for maintaining the device on an outer face of a flange of a tin and another maintaining unit (4) e.g. pin, maintaining the device on an inner face of the flange. The spout includes a connection unit to integrate a surface of the tin between edge of an opening close to the flange and the flange. A guiding unit (6) guides liquid from the opening toward the exterior of the tin such that spout is fixed with the tin in a removable manner.
