CONSTITUTION: A first conveyor(125) slides a flat display panel(102) in a first direction. A second conveyor(135) is separated from the first conveyor. The second conveyor receives the flat display panel from the first conveyor. The second conveyor slides the flat display panel in the first direction. An air floating device(200) is located in a location where the first conveyor is separated from the second conveyor. The air floating device sprays air onto the flat display panel.
