<p>PURPOSE: A method and a device for reducing the temperature difference between the upper and lower sides of a web are provided to minimize a shape error of shaped steel by reducing a temperature difference on a web through induction heating during rolling. CONSTITUTION: A method for reducing the temperature difference between the upper and lower sides of a web comprises the steps of: partially completing the shape of shaped steel(S100), heating the shaped steel through induction heating in order to remove a temperature difference between the upper and lower sides of the shaped steel(S200), completing the internal shape of the shaped steel(S300), and completing the outer lateral shape of the shaped steel(S400). The induction heating step includes the step of measuring the temperatures on the upper and lower sides of the shaped steel and confirming the difference between the temperatures and the step of providing heat through an electro-thermal coil to the shaped steel in order to reduce the temperature difference.</p> |
