PURPOSE: A carrier tape feeder is provided to simultaneously pick up a plurality of components by preventing another component from being separated from a receiving space. CONSTITUTION: A component pickup unit(200) is comprised of a tape shutter(202), a tape guider(201), and a connection member(205). The tape guider guides a transfer of the carrier tape to a component pickup position. The connection member combines a tape guider with a tape shutter. A cover vinyl separating unit(203) is formed on one side of the tape shutter and folds the separated cover vinyl to discharge the cover vinyl.
