<p>Product for the destruction of foams produced during industrial processes or from fire-extinguishers comprises a silicone oil with dimethylpolysiloxane base, either in the form of an aqs. emulsion or as a viscous liquid thickened by the addition of a silica thickening agent, the oil being dissolved in a solvent system comprising a partial solvent and water, the pH of the product being adjusted as a function of the foam to be destroyed before the product is applied.</p> |
