<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire that strikes a balance between on-snow performance and uneven wear resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A tread 12 includes: a central circumferential main groove 14 and outer circumferential main grooves 16 (a plurality of circumferential main grooves) extending in a tire circumferential direction; a central lateral main grooves 18 (a plurality of lateral grooves) extending in a direction perpendicular to the tire circumferential direction; a block 24 that is partitioned by the central circumferential main groove 14 and the central lateral main grooves 18 and where an outer wall part 24B located at a tire width direction outer side is formed to be recessed in a tread plan view; and a step part 26 provided in the outer wall part 24B and protruding therefrom in a tire width direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
