<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly observe a subject even during treatment using PDT (Photodynamic Therapy), while keeping a treatment time as short as possible. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic endoscope system 11 includes a light projection unit 55A and an LD 61 for ordinary light, a light projection unit 55B and an LD 63 for treatment light, a CCD 21, and a CPU 41. The light emitted from the LD 61 for the ordinary light is guided so that the light projection unit 55A can apply white light (ordinary light) into the subject. The light projection unit 55B applies the light, which is guided from the LD 63 for the treatment light, as the treatment light for the PDT into the subject. The CCD 21 takes an image of the inside of the subject by photoelectrically converting incident light from the inside of the subject. The CPU 41 makes the ordinary light applied into the subject in the treatment of tumor tissue by treatment light irradiation, and provides the imaging of the inside of the subject by controlling respective sections so that an irradiation period of the treatment light and an accumulation period of a signal charge can partially overlap each other in one frame period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
