The present invention relates to: a peptide which is capable of binding to an immunoglobulin; and a fusion protein which comprises the peptide. The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition or the like for the treatment or prevention of diseases caused by the binding between C1q and an immunoglobulin, said pharmaceutical composition or the like comprising a peptide which is capable of binding to an immunoglobulin or a fusion protein of the peptide. The pharmaceutical composition provided by the present invention is particularly effective for the treatment of arthritis or rheumatism.
