PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aircraft management system capable of realizing safe flight of an aircraft that is not normally under management of the system by speedily and accurately obtaining a current position of the aircraft and managing the aircraft.

SOLUTION: Each of ground stations B receives current position data and the like of an aircraft AC by a transfer operation from a ground control station BS as well as a direct transmission operation from the aircraft AC. Current position data and the like of aircrafts AC other than an aircraft AC associated with a ground station B one by one can be received by the ground stations B other than the associated ground station B, so that the other ground stations B can obtain the current position of the aircraft AC and use it to manage the aircraft AC.
