<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a position in which an oblique cut-off line is formed, and reduce the number of actuators. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary shade 50 includes: a large-diameter part 55 that has a first columnar face 55a formed around an axial line 51 and an end face 55g on the left side; a small-diameter part 56 that has a second columnar face 56a which is formed around the axial line 51 in the same range as the range of a peripheral direction occupied by the first columnar face 55a, and of which a radius is smaller than that of the first columnar face 55a, and that is aligned on the right side of the large-diameter part 55; and a stage part 59 that becomes a border of the first columnar face 55a and the second columnar face 56a. The stage part 59 has a spiral face 59a that links the first columnar face 55a and the second columnar face 56a and is formed around the axial line 51.
