<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem that a transmission video data band can not be accorded in real time when a channel band changes. <P>SOLUTION: Dialup controllers 5a-5d perform a PPP(Point-to-Point Protocol) process and an origination/termination process for performing communication using portable telephone terminals 9a-9d. A multi-link controller 6 notifies a routing part 4 of the dialup controllers corresponding to channels in a connection state, and notifies a video band controller 7 of the number of channels in the connection state. The video band controller 7 calculates a transmittable channel band from the number of channels in the connection state, and decides an encoding parameter based on the calculated channel band to notify an encoder 2. The encoder 2 performs encoding using the notified encoding parameter. The routing part 4 transfers IP-packetized video data to a portable telephone network side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
