PURPOSE: A device for controlling a battery pack is provided to minimize the deterioration of battery pack performance, to operate a battery pack more efficiently, and to improve the convenience of driving for users. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling a battery pack(100) comprises a temperature sensor(110) for measuring a battery pack(10), a heating module(120) for heating the battery pack, a control part(130) for deriving the heating module in case current temperature value inputted by the temperature sensor is lower than standard temperature value for normal driving the battery pack; and a radio unit(150) receiving a control signal about heating battery pack from a mobile terminal of users. The control part controls to drive the heating module only when the control signal is inputted from the radio unit. |
