<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To laminate split core plates more quickly and efficiently when a ring core is formed by laminating a plurality of split core plates while arranging in ring-shape. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor core manufacturing line 30a comprises a contour push back die 40 which punches out split core plates 12, 16 from a plate member 32, a return mechanism 54 which returns the split core plates 12, 16 thus punched out back to the punching hole 57 of the plate member 32, and a clipping die 46 which clips the split core plates 12, 16 returned by the return mechanism 54 from the plate member 32 at a predetermined position by means of a punch 64, and then laminates the split core plates 12, 16 thus clipped while arranging in a ring-shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
