<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtering device which has a simple structure, has a short treatment time and can concentrate a raw liquid in its feeding operation before a compressing process. <P>SOLUTION: The filtering device 100 includes: a fixed filter plate 10; a movable filter plate 20 movable while facing the fixed plate; the filter cloth 30 having an opening at least to a lower part; and a filter frame 40 forming a sealed filtering space by sandwiching filter cloth faces to close the opening of the filter cloth. Raw liquid to be filtered is pressurized and supplied into the filtering space by a raw liquid injection device 50 as shown in Fig.(c) continuously for a prescribed time, and a concentration-filtering process for making the filtered liquid exudate from the filter cloth 30 is controlled. Thereby, a kind of pretreatment filtration is performed before a full-scale filtration shown in Fig.(d), thereby improving a filtration efficiency. After the concentration-filtering process, the movable filter plate 20 is moved by a filtration-clamping part 60 to carry out a dehydration filtering process and a filtered lump drop-promoting process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
