PURPOSE: An ultrasound system for displaying a slice for an object is provided to more exactly measure the thickness of a NT(Nuchal Translucency) by using a slice image having a meaningful measured value as a valid slice image. CONSTITUTION: An image scan part(110) generates a volume image through scanning an object. A measuring unit(120) extracts the slice images of n for a measurement area inside the volume image. The measuring unit determines a measured value correlated with the measurement area. A processor(130) assorts a valid slice image from the slice images of n by using the measured value.
