Provided is a morpholino nucleic acid derivative which is useful in the production of a morpholino nucleic acid oligomer. A compound represented by general formula (1) or a salt thereof. In general formula (1): R1 represents hydrogen, trityl, etc.; R2 represents amide or imine; and R3 represents a hydroxyl group which is optionally protected by trialkylsilyl or the like, or a group represented by general formula (5)[wherein: X represents O or S; Y represents dialkylamino or alkoxy; and Z represents chlorine]. |
