ELECTRIC POWER CONVERSION DEVICE

An electric power conversion device comprises a power semiconductor element, first and second conductor plates both bonded to the power semiconductor element, first and second insulating members, a metallic case in which the above-mentioned components are accommodated, and a metallic flow-path-forming body. A part of the case is fixed to the metallic flow-path-forming body through a third insulating member. A leaked current that is generated by the switching operation of the power semiconductor element is transferred to the flow-path-forming body through a series circuit which comprises a parasitic capacity of the first insulating member and/or a parasitic capacity of the second insulating member and a parasitic capacity of the third insulating member.
