<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound useful for treatment of central diseases such as schizophrenia and Alzheimer's disease. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a compound represented by formula (I) and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In the formula, R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>denotes a 1-4C alkyl group which may be substituted; R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">4</SB>each independently denote a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or the like; R<SB POS="POST">5</SB>denotes a hydrogen atom, a 1-6C alkyl group or the like; R<SB POS="POST">6</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">7</SB>each independently denote a hydrogen atom, a 1-6C alkyl group or the like, or R<SB POS="POST">6</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">7</SB>are bound to each other to express C=O with a carbon atom to which R<SB POS="POST">6</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">7</SB>are bound; m and n each independently denote 1, 2 or 3; A denotes a single bond or CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>; and X denotes an oxygen atom, NH or the like; Y denotes CR<SB POS="POST">8</SB>R<SB POS="POST">9</SB>or an oxygen atom; and R<SB POS="POST">8</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">9</SB>each independently denote a hydrogen atom or a 1-3C alkyl group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
