<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation model determination method of a laminate iron core for predicting the oscillation frequency spectral characteristics of a laminate iron core from the magneto-strictive frequency spectral characteristics of an electromagnetic steel sheet veneer. <P>SOLUTION: A laminate iron core is mechanically excited for each sine wave of frequency 2f×k (f: laminate iron core excitation frequency, k: integer=1, 2, 3 and so on), and the frequency response of the laminate iron core oscillation is measured with the frequency of 2f×m (m=k, 2k, 3k and so on) for each excitation frequency 2f×k, and a magneto-strictive spectrum generated with the interval of the frequency 2f×k when an electromagnetic steel sheet configuring the laminate iron core is excited with the frequency f in the veneer state is preliminarily measured so that a weighted data string Wk of each frequency 2f×k can be obtained, and the weighted linear sum of the mutual components of the frequency response data of each excitation frequency 2f×k is calculated by using the frequency response data of the laminate iron core oscillation and the weighted data string Wk, and this weighted linear sum is defined as an oscillation spectrum prediction model when the laminate iron core is excited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
