PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent signal isolation of a first capacitive plate by minimizing generation of a non-doping region. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting device is formed on a substrate(110). Two or more thin film transistors operates the organic light emitting device. A capacitive device comprises a first capacitive plate(71) and a second capacitive plate(72) which is located on the first capacitive plate. A capacitive plate opening part(119) is located on a second vertical part and a horizontal part of the first capacitive plate. The capacitive plate opening part has a width larger than the width of a capacitive device intermediate material(73).
