NOVEL METHOD FOR PREPARING BENZOIMIDAZOLE DERIVATIVES

PURPOSE: A method for preparing benzoimidazole derivatives which is an antagonist to vanilloid receptor-1 is provided to obtain benzoimidazole of high yield and high purity. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a compound for chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of reacting a compound of chemical formula 2 and a compound of chemical formula 3 under the presence of palladium catalysts to prepare a compound of chemical formula 4; a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 4 with oxidizer to prepare a compound of chemical formula 5; and a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 5 with a compound of chemical formula 6. The palladium catalyst is Pd(PPh3)4, Pd2(dba)3, PdCl2(PPh3)2 or Pd(PtBu3)2.
