PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve aperture ratio by increasing the area of a pixel opening part on an interlayer insulating film. CONSTITUTION: An interlayer insulating film(160) covers a gate electrode and a gate insulating film(140). The interlayer insulating film exposes a pixel electrode through a pixel opening part(161). A source electrode and a drain electrode are formed on the interlayer insulating film. The source electrode and the drain electrode are connected to a semiconductor layer. A partition wall(180) covers the interlayer insulating film, the source electrode, and the drain electrode.
