PURPOSE: A method for generating secure data and a system thereof are provided to maximize security by simultaneously efficiently transmitting data and generating important security data by classifying the security data. CONSTITUTION: A system(100) comprises a first electronic device(10), a second electronic device(20), and a relaying server(30). The first electronic device and the second electronic device comprise a computer, a mobile communications terminal, and an electronic device like a PDA. At least one of the first electronic device and the second electronic device include an output device like a LCD monitor. The relaying server relays data which is transmitted between the first electronic device and the second electronic device. The relaying server has address information like an IP(Internet Protocol) address for connecting the first electronic device and the second electronic device.
