PURPOSE: A chair is provided, which enables a user to stretch the waist straight and alleviates numb legs while praying or self-discipline. CONSTITUTION: A chair comprises: a seat plate(100) and an armrest installed at the top; a round pipe(300) installed at the rear; a seat back(500) screwed in the center of the horizontal part; armrests(400,405) combined with the front left and right; guide bars which can fix a horizontal support unit supporting the seat plate to the lower right and left of the seat plate; and fasteners. In the front side of the guide bar, a guide groove is equipped. In the bottom of the upper support stand, a height adjusting device(200) is installed.
