PURPOSE: A water pump for a vehicle is provided to improve the insulating efficiency by preventing thermal damage to a water pump by operating in an electricity driving method. CONSTITUTION: A water pump for a vehicle comprises an impeller part(100), a water pump housing(200), and a driving part(300). The water pump housing is combined with an impeller part. The cooling water flowing in the impeller part leaks from the water pump housing. The driving part is located in the water pump housing. The driving part has a rotor(310) and a stator part(320).
