PURPOSE: An acupressure instrument is provided, which reduces patient's pain and enables a surgical operator to easily control acupressure needle pressing power. CONSTITUTION: An acupressure instrument comprises: a container(1) in which a cavity is formed; an acupressure needle(3) locating in the bottom of the container; a first permanent magnet(5) which locates inside the container and installed on the top of the acupressure needle; a needle guide portion(1a) guiding the acupressure needle; and an elastic member which extrudes the permanent magnet downward.
