<p>The invention relates to a process and a device for making a photograph album out of photographic paper sheets on which photographic images, in particular digitally processed images, are transposed. According to the invention, the process consists of a first operation of printing some images, preferably digital images, on a sheet the size of which is twice the size of the album sheet, followed by a bending operation performed along the medial line and by folding a photographic print along the medial line, with the images inside, then orderly joining the folded prints to obtain a block of sheets, finally a cover being attached to the block of sheets, by means of some end papers. The device claimed by the invention comprises a base plate () on which there are mounted some vertical columns () which can be rotated about an eccentric spindle () and ensure the guiding and immobilization of some folded prints (), together with a T-shaped handling plate (), some double-adhesive cardboard sheets () aligned by means of some spacing bushings () sliding along some vertical columns which are moved up and down, either manually or by a pneumatic cylinder (), by using a piston-rod () and a fork (), either directly or by means of a permanent magnet () fixed at the end of the piston-rod (), below the fork () there being fixed two supports () having some adjusting screws () provided at their ends with some permanent magnets () which cooperate with a metal rule () of the handling plate (), when the fork () and the spacing bushings () are lowered towards the base plate () by the piston-rod () of the actuation cylinder ().</p> |
