<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional road marking line that may reduce its visibility at nighttime or in rainy weather because the conventional one is formed on a road with white or yellow paint. <P>SOLUTION: An organic EL panel is imbedded in a road marking line and the organic EL panel is allowed to emit light according to a change in the surrounding illumination, which improves its visibility. The visibility for a marking line automatic detection device of a vehicle side is especially improved, and therefore, erroneous detection of the automatic detection device can be decreased.
