<p>Abstract Invention of CS Padlock consists of 3 different components (Figure 3);(A) Outer Clear Plastic (B) Colored Insert(C) Formed Wire HaspInvention discloses an adjustable secure grip with stainless steel wire hasp providing additional security intended for tote boxes, airline bar boxes, in-bond shipments, trailers and others.Figure 3; Insert 'B' is designed with 2 interlock walls, '5' and '7', molded with inter-lock spring flip '1a~1d', which will locked onto inner protrusion steps '3a-3d' of outer clear plastic encase 'A'. Base with protrusion rib '2', will melt through ultrasonic process to bond 'B' onto 'A'. Wire hasp formed with length '4"and '6' with both ends '4a' & '6a' bended in v-shaped, which shall interlock firmly against insert `B" at '5a' and '7a' when inserted. For security and tracking purpose, identification of serial number, barcode, logo and customized ID on outer clear body can be implemented.Means of opening is through cracking and breaking with cutting tool needed for removal.
