<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire which prevents a tread grounding end region from being worn, to allow the whole of a tread part to be uniformly worn. <P>SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire includes a crossing belt 11 formed by sequentially laminating two or more main belt layers 12, 13 different in width so that cords 20, 21 cross each other across a plane. The pneumatic tire is provided with narrow auxiliary belt layers 14, 15 each adjacent to an inner peripheral surface of at least one end S<SB POS="POST">f</SB>of both ends S<SB POS="POST">f</SB>of the widest belt layer 12 which is the widest one of the main belt layers 12, 13, and each formed by covering, with rubber, a plurality of cords 22 in parallel extending to cross the cord 20 constituting the widest belt layer 12 across the plane, throughout the inside and outside in the tire width direction including an edge 12b position of the at least one end S<SB POS="POST">f</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
