PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a guide route so as to approach a route which a user expects for a section which the user does not desire to pass through even when an alternative route or a via-point of the alternative route is not specified when the section which the user does not desire to pass through is specified among guide routes.

SOLUTION: A server device 1 or a navigation device 5 executes: a guide route acquisition processing step S20 or S201 of acquiring a first guide route from a departure place to a destination; a route correction area acquisition processing step S20 or S204 of acquiring a route correction area of the first guide route; a via-point setting processing step S22 or S205 of setting the via-point without based on user input in the route correction area; a start and end point setting processing step S24 or S206 of setting the start point and the end point without based on the user input in the route correction area; and a corrected route acquisition processing step S26 or S208 of acquiring the corrected route which reaches from the start point to the end point via the via-point.
