PURPOSE: A drying device of a glucose sensor is provided to shorten drying time of a sensor unit and a save production cost. CONSTITUTION: A drying device of a glucose sensor comprises: a loading unit(100) which loads jig which inserts and fixes sheets between upper and lower plates; an applying unit(200) which applies compounds of liquid phase to a part of exposed sheet; and a drying unit(300) which moves the sheet and sprays dry air to the sheet.
