<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wear of a support shaft of an unlubricated bearing structure which supports a swinging arm swingably. <P>SOLUTION: The unlubricated bearing structure K includes: the support shaft 17 made of metal fixed to an arm support 4; and a cylindrical bush 32 made of metal fit to the support shaft 17, wherein the bush 32 is fit to a bearing hole 31 of the swinging arm 11. Further, a first fitting clearance 48 is formed between the outer circumferential surface of the support shaft 17 and the inner circumferential surface of the bush 32, and a second fitting clearance 50 is formed between the outer circumferential surface of the bush 32 and the inner circumferential surface of the bearing hole 31. Thereby, when the swinging arm 11 swings, the sliding occurs between the outer circumferential surface of the support shaft 17 and the inner circumferential surface of the bush 32 and the sliding occurs between the outer circumferential surface of the bush 32 and the inner circumferential surface of the bearing hole 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
